Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. To cancel, change, or restore your subscription, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone.
QuitScroll uses Apple's official Screen Time API (FamilyControls framework) to apply system-level shields to selected apps. This means apps are blocked at the iOS level — not with a simple overlay that can be dismissed.

Yes. Tap "Protocol Active" on the home screen to start the unlock process. You'll face a shame countdown screen first — this friction is intentional to prevent impulsive unlocking. After the countdown, apps are unblocked for 5 minutes before re-engaging.
Free users can block up to 3 apps, use default shame messages, and track their streak. Premium unlocks unlimited apps, custom shame messages, weekly analytics, focus scheduling, daily limits, and guilt-trip tasks.
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find QuitScroll (listed as Reset Scroll) and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Open QuitScroll, go to Settings, and tap "Restore purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Make sure you've granted Screen Time permissions when prompted. Go to Settings > Screen Time and ensure it's enabled. If issues persist, try removing and re-selecting your apps in QuitScroll, then tap "Engage Protocol" again.
QuitScroll uses the same Screen Time framework as parental controls. If your device already has parental restrictions, there may be conflicts. QuitScroll is designed for self-directed use by adults.
